STEP 1: BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:
After your initial enquiry you'll be invited to meet Mani Kohli in either our London studio for one hour, or virtually for 30 mins depending on your preference.
STEP 2: GETTING CREATIVE : During the initial consultation with Mani you will narrow down ideas and concepts. Think of this as a creatively structured brainstorming session with a talented designer which includes imagery, fabrics, style ideas and experience of product know how.
STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT:An approximate quote will be worked on rough sketches and styles capturing detailed requirements along with measurements, in the London Studio or via virtual meetings and emails.
Once you have agreed to proceed, a 50% deposit will be requested, for work to commence.
STEP 4: DEVELOPING A PRODUCT SAMPLE Upon confirmation of your order with deposit, a final design sketch is created with any amendments to the original concept that have been agreed and a sample of the fabric and embroidery is created and sent to the client for approval. We try to give you at least two options to compare and you can keep the embroidery sample to coordinate colours for other aspects of your event.
STEP 5: THE MAGIC UNFOLDS Once your design sample and final sketch have been approved, your order is put into production under the expert care of our artisan tailors, closely supervised by Mani herself. You will be sent photos as your dream outfit comes to life so you can see the your outfit coming to life.
STEP 6: YOUR DREAM OUTFIT IS READY Once your outfit is complete it will be checked meticulously in our workshop before we invite you in for the moment you've been waiting for - a preview to your ensemble! If in person, we will ensure that the garment fits you perfectly as well as make recommendations on styling. For clients based overseas / unable to meet in person, we will send you a video of the garment for your approval before we send it to your via courier.
