Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange a product please email us the order ID with product codes to team@manikohli.com and we will help you with the process. Alternatively, you can call us on +44 7440 794809, on Monday to Friday between 11 am AM - 5:00 PM(GMT)

Your purchase should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order in its original packing.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) following which you can simply fill up our online returns form quoting the RAN no and ship the item back to us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. For details on which items qualify for a refund, please read our Returns Policy below.

REFUNDS

All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, Manikohli.com , will follow the policy of repair following replacement and finally store credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. If you have any queries or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us via email to team@manikohli.com .

RETURNS POLICY

  • 1.) Please check the item refund policy below the item before placing an order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
  • 2.) Made to Order/Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items, Accessories and Bags do not qualify for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
  • 3.) Customers are advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics/courier.
  • 4.)

    In case of a discrepancy, we request you to leave a remark with the logistics/courier company and notify us at team@manikohli.com with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package.

  • 5.) In case the discrepancy is found correct, ManiKohli.com will follow the policy of Repair following Replace and finally Store Credit if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • 6.) All other items can be returned in exchange for another item or online store credit.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • 1.) Items should be returned unused and with all ManiKohli.com, designer garment tags still attached to the item. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note.
  • 2.) Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
  • 3.) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return along with all invoices and paperwork.
  • 4.) All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.
  • 5.) In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

    Shoes - All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
    Faulty goods - Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
    Colors - We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Manikohli.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
  • 7.) Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
  • 8.)It is important for us to guarantee you the best possible experience, from the first moment you visit our website and for all your purchases. For this reason we decided to make the policy of made even more rapid and simple. If your purchase does not satisfy you at 100%, you can return one or more items within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
  • 9.)The item must be in the same condition you received it in, in the original packaging. Products belonging to the same order must be returned together, in a single package. Returns must always be shipped from the same country in which the order was received.
  • Before making a return, please read all the return conditions carefully.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING THE RETURN

  • 1.)Carefully pack the items in the original packaging of the order, if possible, otherwise use an appropriate shipping package. Loose tags and broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note.
  • 2.)Send an email to the email address: team@manikohli.com with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package.
  • 3.)We will verify and accept your return within 1-3 working days from receipt of the package and send you an e-mail confirming the issue of the refund. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.
  • 4.)All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. The return labels will be sent to the e-mail address shown on your order, non-designated e-mail address will be not accepted. In case of any dispute , we also recommend you retain the proof of sending . Remember that the refund is made through the payment method chosen to pay for the original order. The time to display credit on customer’s account may vary based on different payment methods and based on local banking procedures.
  • 5.)The refund only includes the price of the returned items. The shipping cost and customs fees are charged to the customer and the refund will be made net of these costs. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returns notice.

RESTRICTIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Changes are not permitted. The return must be sent from the same country in which the order was made. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
  • Inside and outside the United Kingdom, all shipping costs and customs taxes will be paid by the buyer.
